Fasting can be immensely beneficial for the body and mind, even for a month or more as long as you have some basic liquids. The starving artist could feign distress while pondering their work. But why does Ruby the elephant outperform all others with plenty of grub? The debt based fiat monetary system is the framework which has this effect through inflation, much of society are made into starving artists unfortunately. It needs to be fixed... soon before the new slave-like digital control system is rolled out which is imminent. But if people don't know they are slaves they can still be content and productive.
