The Sacred Computer is author of the original "National AGI Strategy", published in a competition for investment proposals in 2003, which was almost literally* implemented by the whole world 15-20 years after its publication and by DeepMind starting in 2010s*. The "Computer" is also creator of the world's first university courses in AGI, taught in 2010, 2011. * Some differences are hundreds and thousands of times inflation of the proposed initial investments, without returns, and in general usage of crystalized/stored models of the multimodal data in the form of data sets, instead of interdisciplinary researchers as in the original from 2003, when the data was yet to be created or collected.
