That article's definition seems broken - "AI systems that can generate
$100B in profits" doesn't make sense without a timeframe.

Like, technically GPT-3 "can" generate $100B if you ran it long enough.
Even a calculator "can" generate that much if used in enough transactions
over time.

They must have meant something more specific, yet missing from the article,
like "$100B per year" - though that's still a very weird way to define
intelligence!
