There's no such thing as alive. We are just machines. Life is patterns in time
and space. For space that is for example 100 apples lined up, this is a
pattern. For time that is for example a rock, it stays cloned through time with
no changes. We try to avoid death and things that lead to death / change. We
come about and last because we form and try to stay formed once form! We get
better at it until it sticks tight. IOW a pattern forms on its own from physics
and spreads and repairs itself. It wants to form, and it forms itself too, not
only do its base components come together. You can say the universe is all
alive right down to eat particle and atom yes. We can't really save each atom I
think but we can human soon, from death.
