The shortcoming of the current architecture is that it can derive any number of labels, and combining those labels yields some flexibility... but we don't have parameterized patterns in this particular instance, meaning in: "Put the bag in the box", the system would possibly tend to confuse the roles of "bag" and "box" because each of these are just a label without a position in the string.
Thinking about it further, this may not be that much of a problem OTOH. For example, "in the box" is a pattern that will tell the system that "box" is the second argument. I think this system will surprise us with its power in short order. Remember you can define any kind of label by selecting examples and counterexamples and then have the system come up with a classifier. ------------------------------------------ Artificial General Intelligence List: AGI Permalink: https://agi.topicbox.com/groups/agi/Te1993278993de052-M1d6c2eb20ade2097509c14c2 Delivery options: https://agi.topicbox.com/groups/agi/subscription
