Our destination is to emit AGI and AGI will emerge from us and then we become entropy exhaust. Hope not. Look at the trends though. Technologies up to now essentially entropy exhausted Earth’s natural structural complexities and relegated people to seeking virtual existences in alternate realities. Will this trend reverse? Not in the near term. But maybe it’s part of a natural progression passing these particular “challenging” stages. And, alternate realities have existed throughout history in various forms. But nature was still intact, now it's destroyed so no turning back we are beyond the point of no return.
