Dear Wikimedia Community, The Pan-African Hub <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Pan-African_Hub> Steering Committee looks forward to connecting with you at the WikiIndaba Conference <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiIndaba_conference_2026> 2026 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire!
We welcome the opportunity to engage with Wikimedians from across the continent, hear your perspectives, and gather feedback on ideas, challenges, and opportunities to strengthen collaboration and engagement across the African Wikimedia movement. During the conference, we plan to: - Host a session to exchange ideas and discuss opportunities for stronger continental collaboration. - Hold one-to-one meetings during the conference launch or after the conference to explore specific topics and hear your feedback. - Set up a stand where you can meet Steering Committee members, share your experiences, and discuss opportunities for continued engagement with the Hub. We warmly invite you to connect with us, share your ideas, and let us know what matters most to you and your community. Your feedback will help shape our ongoing efforts to strengthen connections, support collaboration, and respond to the needs and priorities of Wikimedia communities across Africa. We look forward to meeting you in Abidjan and having meaningful conversations at WikiIndaba 2026! Warm regards, Pellagia Njau Pan-African Wikimedia Hub Steering Committee.
