Dear African Wikimedians, As shared during the Afrika Baraza at Wikimania Nairobi, The Baraza Working Group has over the last two months been engaged in discussions with regional and thematic hub representatives to draft a SSA regional Hubs framework to guide hub engagements in Africa.
The framework is coming to shape and once done, will pave the way for the piloting of the Pan African Hub and respective regional and Thematic Hubs. On behalf of the drafting committee,we would like to engage the wider communities with the initial draft, gather more inputs and thereafter consolidate the final SSA Hubs Framework. We shall kick off the post Wikimania SSA Hubs community engagement within the respective regional and thematic hubs communities and thereafter in a Wiki Indaba Pre-conference.
