I recommended to him to upload the file to a cloud storage and share link
to the file here, but I guess he didn't do it, plus an admin allowed his
message through.

@admins: Please, let's all stick to ensuring no message over 80kb gets
through to this list. The default is 40kb for many lists, but we've
generously kept ours at 80kb. Read the reasons why messages are held in the
queue before approving.
