We have a hearing coming up later this month. I expect a judgement. But then there is the problem of collecting on the judgement. I turned over a turnkey going concern to this kid along with a bunch of finished goods. I wanted only COGS out of the inventory. That was the only ask. He could have cleared $50K per year on the tower mounts. Been about 18 months now.
