I don't think the ethernet is even TCP.  Did the Roku even get an IP?
Oh yeah. It definitely got an IP. The system->status on the Roku showed that, and it was a different subnet than our phones.

There's basically no chance the WiFi is on the same collision domain as the tv stuff.
