Nope, that is the emails I did not delete. Singular emails I deemed important enough to save.
That is only 48/day incoming. If read during working hours that is 6 per hour. Or one every 10 minutes. Not counting probably an equal number that get deleted. This is way down from years ago. At my peak, I saved one archive email about every 2.5 minutes.
