On the rack injector or sitemon3 webgui, there should be a little gear icon next to GNSS Receiver Status that you can click to change GPS settings. When I have trouble keeping a GPS lock, Ill turn on the other two methods, and also set it to keep outputting a sync pulse even if lock is lost.
