I found a cooler, one of those 3x2 ones up in a ceiling above a salon in a strip mall. it was chained to the joist. I didnt open it, cause that was some shady looking stuff and someone went to some effort to do it. But you could run your telco to the facility demarc up there no problem, just walk the partition walls
