We use it and it's been good. Seems like they have been pushing a lot more updates this year and are on a roll.
But we use mostly Calix brand ONTs and wireless routers so those features are always welcome. They've stopped aggressively pushing for us to upgrade from V1, so I'm not sure how that bodes. In a chat I just had with support, they said that inside V2 there's a roadmap for features, but you can only see it if you have a V2 instance. Do they have any updates on when they will Support Netflow? Seems that it's been several months and they still can't get it working.
