$2500-$3000 anywhere in the country.

2500, california probably 3-4x that to california. For duct, Adams Cable was

Get construction grunts to mount them up. Once mounted hire an
independent electrician to do the wiring. The grunts can be trained up to do
the bulk of the wiring.
