Well, these things have some confusing details, the part about LTE and
cell phone especially. I have section of my yard where dumpers like to
donate and I want to place a permanent camera. It's too far for a POE
cable so I'm thinking a small solar panel, battery and a radio that can
punch through 5-600ft of woods. I don't think a 900Mhz radio would do
that, but a 650Mhz radio might do it pretty well. I've used plenty of
900Mhz ubiquiti radios and have tried similar situations, they failed.
All I need is camera video and audio back to my NVR and monitor. There
are no trees within easy reach of the target location so a battery
camera wouldn't do.

No need to go through Orchards...didn't know MT made 650Mhz
radio...back in 2006 or 7, I tested some 450MHz wireless Inc radios at
a Phelps Dodge Refinery...they worked well but couldn't deploy them
due to no FCC approval...they didn't pursue it and only sold them
overseas by special order..

that looks kind of like a 1958 Dodge. My brother has a panel
truck with
a similar front grill. Like your truck.
Mikrotik has some radios that work in the 650Mhz range can those
be used
for connecting the bldg on the other side of the orchard to this
side?
Can you suggest a model?
