When I was young, my parents ate all kinds of weird cheeses. Many things were revolting to me.

After I graduated and moved to California, I went to eat someplace with a salad bar. Without realizing it, I put blue cheese on my salad instead of (what I thought was) ranch dressing. I loved it. Ever since, I have been quite adventurous with all kinds of cheeses. There are very few that I don't like, and sometimes the funkier the better.

I'm OK with feta, now all of the moldy cheese which seems popular right now is a different story.

This is a Mediterranean dish called shakshuka. Main ingredients
are onion, peppers, plum tomatoes, eggs, and feta. There are a
handful of spices and it's sprinkled with cilantro and/or more cheese.
