If you don't like straight avocado, how do you feel about guacamole?
This is toast topped with guacamole and then topped with a couple of
fried eggs (over easy in this case). I do the guac fairly simple, but
you can jazz it up any way you like.
Some people call it avocado toast.
Real yummy IMO.
