The OSB will absorb moisture when it's painted unless you do something
to fill the crevices. Putting roofing felt + siding over it will weather
proof it for sure.
Is there something to keep water/wind out of the 32x16 opening? A door?
A curtain?

are needed to stiffen the wall.
