[AFMUG] Yealink cordless speakerphone

I have a customer with a Yealink CP930W cordless speakerphone.  They say 
the battery won't hold a charge anymore, I expected that it would be a 
simple method of replacing the battery, but Googling has come up empty.  
Is it not a user replaceable battery? I have not physically seen the 
phone, it was installed by another company.   I thought there would at 
least be a manual, or video of someone doing it, but nothing so far.  
Not even what battery is in it.
