My guy was in Nevada state prison as I recall. He said it was due to the three strikes law and was due to pot possession. I presumed with intent to distribute. I always thought it was a shame. No idea if he was telling the truth. Was an employee, was on probation at the time. He was a thief and stole from the company but I handled that internally in an attempt to help him out. In the end he screwed himself.
