So where I live the people in the theatres are respectful. NO gum on floors. No talking during show, no singing or anything like that.
When I lived in another couple cities that will not be named it was a whole other story. People yelling and screaming at the screen dancing, yelling out disagreement or "Frodo TURN AROUND!!!" Sigh. Not worth it, not worth the money and aggravation you get. The one good thing is all theatres here now have recliners!
