I have a client that is moving his business from California to Utah, so I'm looking for a cloud-based hosted PBX system. We'll be porting his current number and a toll-free number to whatever service we choose. I've been looking at RingCentral, Ooma, 8x8, etc. Just wondering if anyone has experience with any of them and/or could recommend something that works well. He's going to have only 4 lines at first, but he says that could eventually expand up to 10 or 15. So it's never going to be huge. And I question whether he will need any advanced PBX functionality. Guessing it'll mostly amount to voicemail, transferring calls, music-on-hold, etc. Stuff like voicemail transcription to email would probably be cool. Any suggestions?
