The base IIs are kinda supported if you don't have any expansion modules
attached.  The expansion modules are hard for a program to figure out
automatically.

When we redesigned the MIB for the base3 and rackinjector it was designed
with the hope that it would be easier to support auto discovery.  I've got
on the project list for us to add support to common programs like librenms
either internally or by hiring someone on a project basis. But we haven't
got there yet.  If while you're digging you happen across the developer
resources to do this please push them to me off list,

I know that some customers are successful just adding custom oids to
librenms to monitor specific parameters.  You can usually find the oids
through some sort of snmpwalk tool, or using a MIB browser.
