[AFMUG] Amazon LUNA testing

Sorry if it's been posted before, but thought I'd give a heads up for 
people trying to troubleshoot support calls.  Just tried out the Amazon 
'LUNA' game streaming service on a Firestick 4K.  By Default, it runs at 
1080, and starts a single 25mb/s UDP Stream.  If you manually change the 
setting to a 720 stream in the App (setting by device, not account), 
then it's 12mb/s stream.  There is no auto modulation that I was able to 
find.  If you don't supply it with at least 25mb/s, or 12mb/s if 720 is 
manually selected, then it just gets very 'jumpy' as those UDP Frames 
are dropped.
