Is there any mechanism to do this legitimately without putting them at risk? Particularly if theyve been in country but "off the books" for an extended period of time?
Like sponsoring for work Visa or green card, something to that effect? Im not asking about low paid illegal labor, talking about fair wage, hungry to work just happens to be suffering from a citizenship deficiency
