Mikrotik 60ghz is by far the simplest to work with. I think all of the other PtMP offerings, aside from the older Ignitenet stuff, are Terragraph based (Cambium, Siklu and IgniteNet), which certainly has some advantages, but it's also a lot more complicated to get running.
We have quite a bit of Mikrotik 60ghz PtMP running, and it mostly works pretty well. The biggest issue with it is that you're limited to 8 clients per AP, so it isn't going to scale as well as the newer Terragraph stuff, but it's super cheap and simple to work with. The best option kind of depends on what you're going to do with it.
