I'm having trouble figuring out what is going on, since my tool set is limited given the devices. I have 2 Cambium E400 APs at different corners/floors of my house. My WIFI Laptop does not ever seem to have a problem. My Android Phone and tablet however will randomly, once every 2 or 3 days, start buffering a video I'm watching, then I see the WIFI icon at the top of the screen get an 'X' on it after about 5 seconds, then about 10 seconds later the 'X' disappears and it starts working again without any intervention from me. My Phone will do the same thing, switch to 4G, then a few seconds later go back to WIFI. The only other thing on the WIFI that acts up is a UBNT WIFI video camera, it just disconnects from the WIFI and I have to power cycle it to get it back, Signal level is perfect right up until it disconnects. The only fix I found for it was to put an old UNIFI AP right on the other side of the wall from the camera, and it has been stable since. A 2nd UBNT WIFI camera stays connected to the E400's just fine. (Although reading the UBNT Forums, the WIFI on those cameras is garbage)

So Since it's so random, and happens so fast, I can't get any tools on the phone launched before it's reconnected. I pull up a WIFI scanner as soon as I can, and everything looks normal with signal levels to my AP's, and my neighbors AP's. I've had the E400's in place for a couple years, but this seems like it's only happened since the summer, maybe after an E400 software upgrade, but I'm not sure. For several months after I installed the UBNT WIFI camera, it was running perfect, then started continually disconnecting, so I think that it's something with the E400's, but I have nothing solid to go to cambium support with. I don't want to open a ticket saying 'Wifi sometimes breaks' because that will not do anybody any good, and I get enough tickets like that from my customers.

Are there any android diagnostic tools that would log connection/signal in the background? An Actual windows PC never seems to have a connectivity problem.
