they talked about that, basically, once a perfect self defense is shown, there is no charge that can stand. an imperfect self defense would have potentially opened the door for a lesser charge, but Wisconsin doesnt have an unintentional homicide equivalent. There is a lot of claims of "vague" laws on the books in WI, but INAL reading of applicable statutes seems that theyre overly specific there.
