*nods* It likely doesn't have any content anyone actually wants. I looked at 
the Chicago market. The only way I heard of some of them is because I did work 
for them. The rest is a bunch of nobodies. 




Also, the article totally misses the mark as to why this isn't already 
streamed. It claims it's from bundling. It's really from the fact that they 
charge $5/month/channel to get that content.
