They need to make it so it doesnt take 8 years or more to become a citizen. If you submit to DNA Identification, you get a work visa for a year. If you renew your visa x3, havent been arrested, were employed 85% of the time, you take a test and are a citizen, dont want to be a citizen, 4 years is enough time to have enjoyed the fruits of the nation, dont let the door hit you on the way out.
even better is a bid system. If you have a job that needs done, you put it out for bid, youre required to take any american bid that meets the minimums. if after x time the bids are dry, no need to check green cards, you just pay a flat tax per pedro and ICE cant come to your jobsite. If you choose to own some housing, you can identify that as part of the jobsite, if your pedros stay in the housing, are transported in your trucks and stay on the worksites, theyre ICE invisible.
