Working with a phone vendor, When using a STUN server, a call completes, but there is no audio. Clearly all you have to do to get it working is to enable the syslog on the phone, that's it, setup the syslog to a fake IP Address. They are not considering this a bug, but normal operation. Seems like it meets all the requirements to be a 'Bug' to me..... making a change to a completely different setting to get a feature working.
