We have a third party support company. Their tickets are crazy dumb. They
relay info they dont need to, dont relay I fo they do need to, relay stuff
that's completely innaccurate and half the time false. They dont seem to
read between their own updates.
Ticket staff most of the time are just minimum wage lackeys relaying info
from somebody else.
