I also saw an article with a statement from Musk saying they are about
to release version one of the ground terminal with the cost down to $500
and he's shooting to get it to $250. That will help the red numbers a
lot. That way at least each subscriber isn't a negative asset for more
than 2 years.

They have > 1,600 working satellites and are soon to have their first
level constellation functional. I'm curious how many clients they can
handle with this minimum complement?
They also are getting close to launching the first
laser-interconnected sats; I think that is version 1.5. There is also
a rumored version 2 coming out in 2022.

Saw in other news that they now claim to have over 69,000
subscribers. That's a cool $82 million in annual gross revenue. Still
running deep in negative territory, only another 750,000 to go to get
to break even?
