I'm currently testing a CCR1072. Only have a single 10G eBGP connection. Peaks at about 2GB for now. Running fine. Going to add a 10GB iBGP connection to it in the next few days to see how it handles a bit more load. It it passes that, I'll add another 10GB eBGP connection to it. Don't think I'll try to push it beyond that until v7 is ready.
