My unpublished remarks were to ask the customer to reboot the bed. If
that didn't work then upgrade the firmware. If that didn't work then
send it back to Ubiquiti.

We had a call where the customers bed wouldn't connect to our router.
The beds customer support said that our Mikrotrik router was inferior
and that was the problem.
