Some folks took a Cherokee (4 seats but 2 are for show unless you are at sea
level on a cool day with light people in back) for a spin. Literally.
Wanted to do some sight seeing. It was 105 in the shade that day. The site of
the wreck was on the side of a mountain canyon. About 10,000’ MSL
I would guess they wanted to fly up that canyon...
They have not released the identities of those aboard, but my guess is that the
pilot was not from around here.
