I am always puzzled at the wide range of hotness in jalapenos. Some have zero
spice. I have been told it is is how much water the plant got, but there is a
range of hotness coming off the same plant. I once had a fresh one that was
like a sweet green bell pepper and then the next one was so hot it just about
killed me. Off the same plant.

I still have 2 dozen legit ones my neighbor hooked me up with in the freezer,
I dont know that I'll ever eat them, I just like knowing I have them.
