Our normal ties used to last forever, we got them at our local fastener shop, but this last year the manufacturer must have changed resins or something, theyre brittle out of the bag. we got in a bunch from perfect vision, they seem pretty brittle. I dont know if the plastics industry has had to make covid changes too. We used electrical tape for years, I prefer it cause of the siphon effect on some cable, but we used cheap ACE hardware tape...regrettable. I just cant justify the cost of super 33 or 88 for techs to lose by the role
