Apart from down power lines, because of temperature in single digit and -10 to -15 with windchill factors, demand is unprecedented and not enough supply so we are seeing rolling blackouts too. In Last 24 hrs, first outage at my home was 2.5 hrs, we had two more each lasting 2 hrs I think.
We had lost both our fiber feeds for almost 20 hrs. One is still out for over 24 hrs. Many sites we are seeing rolling outages too. I am one of the lucky ones with very short power outage at home some of the residents were without power for over 36 hrs, due to down power lines.
