For the most part yes. There are of course some changes related to the differences with the product.
The Base 3 firmware will eventually end up back in the rackinjector as it has functionality which the rackinjector needs as well. The UI will always be a bit different between the two, but the goal is for them to be so close that it doesn't really matter which one you're in as far as knowing how things work.
