They stopped spending money on their entire copper plant at least 15 years ago nationwide. We used to have 15 techs in this area alone. Now 2 techs cover more than twice the area that 15 used to handle. They just keep raising the line pressure if there are issues with water. No lines ever get replaced. I think they are replacing business lines with their cell gadget when they have issues.
