Frontier stopped maintaining their company close to 20 years ago. Old crappy copper plant. Almost no technicians. Probably due to being a publicly traded company.
A couple telcos in Utah actually asked the PSC to give some of the Frontier turf to them. Not sure the outcome. Have not followed it.
