Still trying to prepare for the deluge this month of people trying to
download their multi terabyte game libraries to the new systems.
>From the sounds of it, rona hardware shortages may help in that.
Reddit tells me you can use the transfer feature to another persons xbox
and if they own or purchase that game it will use the transferred game so
they dont have to download it.

Anybody knowing microsoft partners can get physical media of the installer
downloads?

I know Jack about playstation, if they're not going to do more with chrono
trigger and chrono cross they're dead to me.

We have a good relationship with a facility that may allow us to put in a
download center for consoles, still looking at the logistics, but one of
our fiber upstream comes in there and they have a coffee shop. We did a
CnPilot e 600 wifi setup there. If I could lay my hands on some of those
train station lockers I think we could run an hdmi and ethernet drop into
them for people to drop off their consoles to download at whatever the game
servers will send the content at.

I'd rather just have a pile of those marketing usb keys and transfer the
games to them and hand em out. Licensing would probably be an issue.
At some point the game manufacturers have to come up with some solution. I
dont even know if the cases at stores have disks in them or just a digital
content key.

I'm probably just going to turn off our frame utilization alerts next week.

Theres got to be a solution out there for handling this massive volume of
content for rural internet customers.
