I saw a Powerpoint presentation describing a setup like that. They had a website the customer logged into and they could customize a few specific things and that config was pushed down by the API. Twenty years ago I would have tried that, but I think I've gotten lazier over time. I'd rather buy something where the problems are already figured out and solved. If you wanna go tackle that tiger then you must have eaten your Wheaties cuz you're more energetic than I am.
