This one irritates me. I dont think impeding traffic is acceptable at all, but they put the hammer to this guy with a ton of charges for a slow roll on a horse for kids lives matter.
But they dont charge these nimrods that block traffic over a criminal getting a comeuppance. Nobody should get a free pass, but horse guy didnt threaten anybody, didnt spit on on harass anybody, destroyed zero property and never stopped traffic (though slowed it) and picked up lik 5 charges. They even charged the guy he was handing his horse off to.
