[AFMUG] SAS SSDs

I'm looking to add SSDs into one of my HP G8 Servers.  I've always just 
replaced the spinning disks with the same model when I've had drive 
failures.  Can you just put a regular SATA SSD into a G8 server, or are 
there special SAS SSD's that you need to use?  What SSD's are better for 
server applications, I.E. database work with lots of I/O.
