No, but it’s a consideration for the balance sheet.

The value is a large reason that the community (ARIN) allows transfer sales.   
The intention is to have the price of IPv4 increase to the point it gets people 
to move to IPv6 and sell the IPv4 space.   

Eventually the value of IPv4 addresses will start to go down.   

Speculate on them as you wish.   Sell when you think the market has reached 
it’s peak.
