I tripped on a cable and dummy me spun to break fall...foot stayed stuck
but body torqued over knee...wrenched it good... shoulder took the hit ..
my son in law who was roof above roof I was on said it was all in slow
motion...sucks getting old...no broken anything but ego...ice, ibuprofen
and message...
